Welcome to Mister Home Gym. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Mister Home Gym. We run this store and website, together with all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"), to offer you a simple way to buy home fitness equipment. Mister Home Gym is powered by Shopify, which allows us to provide the Services.
These Terms of Service set out your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully: they contain important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access the Services.
Section 1 — Access and account
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority where you live. You may not transfer, sell or assign your account to anyone else. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place through your account.
Section 2 — Our products
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours and appearance may however look slightly different on your screen depending on your device settings, and we cannot guarantee that a product will look exactly as displayed. Product descriptions may change at any time. We may limit quantities or discontinue any product at our discretion.
Section 3 — Orders and cancellations
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. Mister Home Gym may accept or decline any order. Your order is only accepted once we have confirmed it and received your payment, so please check your order carefully before submitting it.
You can cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund, by emailing contact@misterhomegym.com or by using our Cancellation Form. Once your order has shipped, our return process applies: you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.
Section 4 — Prices and payment
Prices may change without notice. The price you pay is the price in effect when you place your order, as shown in your order confirmation email. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free, and the total amount payable is shown at checkout before you pay. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to keep it up to date.
Section 5 — Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and standard delivery takes 6 to 10 business days from the date of your order, processing time included. These times are estimates: we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or by circumstances outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Section 6 — Intellectual property
All content on the Services, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, video and audio, and the way it is arranged, belongs to Mister Home Gym or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify or transmit any of it without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Section 7 — Optional tools
We may give you access to optional third-party tools. They are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty or endorsement from Mister Home Gym, and we are not liable for your use of them.
Section 8 — Third-party links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices and do not endorse them. You visit those websites at your own risk.
Section 9 — Our relationship with Shopify
Mister Home Gym is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Mister Home Gym. Shopify is not responsible for any part of the transactions between you and Mister Home Gym, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from those transactions.
Section 10 — Privacy
Any personal information collected through the Services is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood it.
Section 11 — Feedback
If you send us ideas, reviews or other feedback, you give Mister Home Gym a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute it for any purpose. You confirm that you own, or have the right to share, any feedback you send.
Section 12 — Errors and omissions
The Services may occasionally contain typing errors, pricing mistakes or omissions. We may correct them and cancel or amend orders placed on the basis of inaccurate information. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.
Section 13 — Prohibited uses
You may only use the Services lawfully. You may not use them to break any law, infringe intellectual property rights, harass or harm others, send malicious code, collect personal information without consent, or otherwise interfere with the Services or their users. We may end the access of any user who breaches these Terms.
Section 14 — Termination
We may end your access to the Services at any time without notice. Any amounts you owe remain due after termination. The sections on intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers and limitation of liability continue to apply after termination.
Section 15 — Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. This does not affect your statutory rights: customers in the United Kingdom keep the protection of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods that are faulty or not as described.
Section 16 — Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mister Home Gym and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damage arising from your use of the Services or products, including lost profits, lost data or replacement costs, whether in contract, tort or otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mister Home Gym, Shopify and their affiliates, officers, employees, agents and licensors against any claim, damage or cost arising from your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law, or your use of the Services.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the rest of these Terms will remain in full force.
Section 19 — Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the other policies referred to in them, form the entire agreement between you and Mister Home Gym about your use of the Services and replace any earlier agreement.
Section 20 — Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the United Kingdom, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
Section 21 — Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and notified where the law requires it. If you keep using the Services after changes are published, you accept the updated Terms.
