Shipping policy

At Mister Home Gym, standard delivery is free on every order delivered within the United Kingdom. For any question about delivery, contact us at contact@misterhomegym.com.

Delivery area

This policy applies to all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. We do not currently deliver to P.O. boxes, BFPO addresses or outside the United Kingdom.

Order fulfilment and shipping origin

Mister Home Gym is operated by a company registered in the United States. Our products are prepared and shipped through logistics partners and warehouses, so the place your order ships from may differ from our registered address. By placing an order, you acknowledge that it may be prepared and shipped from a warehouse or fulfilment centre located outside the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) once payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (UK time) are processed the following business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 6 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of your order, processing time included. This is an estimate: actual delivery may vary slightly during peak periods or because of circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. You can also use our Track my order page.

Delivery delays

We do everything we can to deliver within the estimated time, but delays can happen because of weather, high order volumes or carrier issues. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us straight away and our team will help you.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, email contact@misterhomegym.com with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the damage, within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items. We will investigate and send a replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.
