At Mister Home Gym, we want paying for your order to be simple, secure and clear.

1. Payment methods

2. When you are charged

The full amount is charged when you place your order. Your order is not confirmed or dispatched until the payment has cleared. If your payment is declined, we let you know by email and the order does not go ahead.

3. Currency

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. All prices are displayed and charged in pounds sterling (GBP, £).

4. Security

Payments are processed through SSL-encrypted, PCI DSS–compliant payment gateways. We do not keep your card or payment details on our servers: your financial data is handled entirely by our certified payment providers.

5. Pricing

Prices shown on misterhomegym.com may change without notice. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free, and the total amount payable is shown at checkout before you pay. Promotional prices and discount codes only apply to eligible orders placed during the promotion and cannot be applied afterwards.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy and are always made to the original payment method. If you notice a billing problem, contact us at contact@misterhomegym.com before opening a dispute or chargeback, and we will resolve it promptly.

7. Fraud prevention

Mister Home Gym may cancel or hold any order we suspect involves fraud or the unauthorised use of payment details, and may ask for extra verification on high-value orders. These checks are there to protect every customer.
