- Payment is taken in full when you place your order.

- We deliver within the United Kingdom only, so all prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP, £).
- Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free, and the total amount payable is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Prices may change without notice; the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
- Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to earlier purchases.
4. Payment security

5. Refunds and chargebacks
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy and are issued to your original payment method.
- If you have a payment problem, please contact us at contact@misterhomegym.com before opening a chargeback: we will sort it out quickly.
- Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated and disputed.
6. Fraud prevention
To protect our customers and our business, Mister Home Gym may:
- cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method;
- ask for additional identity checks on high-value or unusual orders.
